In order to keep costs foreseeable, we also don’t link cost to time. This means we do not track and bill hours. We know that the services we offer are dynamic and will look a bit different for everyone, and we focus on ensuring your have the solutions you need.

Available when it matters most
We also know that the schedules of Board Directors often fall outside of the traditional business hours, and that calls and meetings on evenings and weekends can be expected.
Corporate Social Responsibility
MRI takes on three or four Corporate Social Responsibility Clients per year. I’m often dismayed when I see what NFPS are paying for help from people who have no business offering it for free, let alone charging for it.
In response we created an extremely reasonably priced annual “membership” (flat fee) for such organizations that includes annual training, governance coaching and assistance as well as access to a drive filled with anonymized versions of the work we have done for other NFP clients.
If you’re trying to get started and need draft policies, charters, agenda planning tools, succession planning tools and the like, this is a good way to go. If you want to have someone you can call when you aren’t sure or to mediate when things heat up… that might also make this a good option. Again, we only have room for three, maximum four of these per year… but ask away!
